Sending Files to Norco Printing
Welcome to
the Norco Printing FTP instructions.
NOTE:
If you are sending your files via email, call Norco Printing (510-569-2200)
for email address. Please note that we cannot accept files
over 4 MB through our mail server. Please use our FTP server to
upload large files. Don't forget to "compress" them!
We recommend
you use Fetch for Macintosh
or WS-FTP_LE
for Windows. If you prefer, you can use your favorite FTP client.
Please include
all necessary support files (fonts and graphics). Place into a
single folder and compress using Stuffit
for Macintosh users or PKZIP
for Windows users.
Login
Instructions for FTP Programs:
HOST: ftp.norcoprint.com
USER ID: call Norco for user ID (510-569-2200)
PASSWORD: call Norco for password (510-569-2200)
DIRECTORY:
NOTE:
Please compress your files. This reduces the risk of files
getting corrupted during the transfer. We recommend Stuffit
for Mac users and PKZIP for
PC Users.
If you will
be using the FTP site a lot and would like your own password and
username, contact your Sales Representative.

technical assistance or have any difficulty uploading your files.
